Artigianato Birraio: L’Imprenditorialità tra Lavoro, professionalità e passione

Abstract


Lo studio analizza la costruzione dell’imprenditorialità tra i birrai artigianali, concentrandosi sulle interconnessioni tra passione, apprendimento e traiettorie professionali nell’economia artigianale. Si pone l’obiettivo di indagare come gli individui sviluppino competenze birrarie, approfondendo l’apprendimento e l’evoluzione professionale dei birrai e prendano decisioni in un contesto globale di nuove professioni artigianali, guidate da autonomia e dedizione al lavoro. Lo studio si avvale di interviste in profondità, dell’osservazione dei partecipanti durante le visite ai birrifici, della partecipazione ai festival e del monitoraggio dei post sui social media. Esploriamo i percorsi individuali, analizzando le dimensioni tangibili e affettive del lavoro. Indaghiamo sulle competenze essenziali del birraio, sulle differenze tra birra artigianale e industriale, sulle motivazioni personali e sul significato di essere ‘artigiano’.
